Standard Hourly Rates
only applies to services that are performed off site all on site services will be priced hourly.
Standard rates are $74.99 per
hour or $37.50 per half-hour.

Pick up and delivery charges within the coverage area is $24.99 coverage area covers locations within 5 miles of our office.
Pick up and delivery outside of coverage area is $24.99 plus $2.00 per each additional mile.

Prepaid Service Blocks
Prepaid service blocks
are a way that you can gain the benefits of a rate discount
by purchasing a block of time in advance.
This is suitable for customers that know they are going to
need support on a regular basis.
The Computer Contractor will track the hours spent and deduct them from the hours remaining in the block. A regular statement of work will allow the customer to also track the usage of the time block.
Time blocks can be purchased as blocks of 5, 10, 20 or 30 hours depending on need. When the customer gets near the end of the time block, he may purchase another block or consider one of the other service plans based on the usage recorded during the period.
The full range of maintenance and support services provided by Advance IT Services can be obtained with prepaid blocks. Fees cover labor charges only and do not cover the purchase of any hardware, or software.

customer saves on the hourly service rate by being able to
purchase time at $50 per
hour.
Saving on a 5 hours
block is $125, on a 10 hour block is $250, on a 20 hours block is $500, and on a 30 hour block
is $750.

Scheduled Service
The
Computer Service scheduled service plans include multiple
service
levels that depend
on the needs
of the individual customer. At any time a customer may change
to a higher service level. These service plans are based
on regularly scheduled visits by a technician to the customer’s
premises. The schedule of service calls is agreed between
the customer and the Computer Contractor. The fees cover
a fixed number of scheduled hours of support services per
month, which varies according to plan. Fees cover labor charges
only and do not cover the purchase of any hardware, or software.
During regular visits the time may be used for preventative maintenance, upgrades, repairs, hardware or software installations or addressing other customer requirements. Emergency visits or visits outside the regular schedule will be provided at the specially discounted additional hourly rates.

New Affordable Small Business Service Plan
This plan is targeted
at customers and owners of small businesses that want to achieve
a higher level of IT support without actually
hiring a full
time employee, and that also want to keep there computers
and network in good running condition. The plan provides
for a deep discount on labor rates in exchange for a monthly
base fee and a monthly fee per computer to be covered. The
deeply discounted rate of $35 per
hour for
labor allows the Computer Troubleshooter to be called in
and involved in all
aspects of IT direction and support.
As with the VIP service there is no minimum number of hours
of service required although two hours of support are
provided at no extra charge each month and
each computer covered will be scheduled with a preventative
maintenance service each quarter.
